Only 15 minutes from the Lincoln Road off ramp, and a mere 20km from the city center. The practice offers privacy and a peaceful place to relax during the treatment.

ConTact C.A.R.E. treatments take place in a private treatment room,  set up to provide a relaxing environment for your treatment. Partners, friends and children are more than welcome to attend, with both toys and reading material available.

Due to the nature of our practice a separate waiting room is currently unavailable, instead treatments are scheduled to avoid overlaps.

If you do happen to arrive early, please wait in your car, especially if there are other clients still here. Alternatively you are welcome to sit in the garden while you wait. Jonathan will come meet you when its time for your appointment.

ConTact C.A.R.E. Treatment Guidelines

  • YOUR COMFORT IS ESSENTIAL - During treatments you'll be encouraged to move away from any pain or discomfort - this therapy works the "dull" areas  (not pain sites) that are responsible for causing the pain/discomfort you feel.
  • TRUST YOUR INSTINCT - when your body wants to move, shift or reposition itself, go with it. This is simply your instinct guiding you towards how to unravel yourself.
  • HEAD TRAUMA TREATMENTS - it is recommended that you bring someone along who is able to drive you home after the treatment.
  • RECOMMENDED CLOTHING - Your comfort is the most important element, so please wear comfortable & appropriate clothing. Ideally something you won't mind moving around in if its required.
  • TREATMENT SESSIONS -  Allow yourself an hour for each treatment. As a general rule 2 - 5 treatments are considered standard depending on the condition and the individual. This will be discussed during the time of your first consultation. 
  • PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME -  if you are going to be late please let me know as soon as you can, late arrivals may result in shorter treatment times due to other bookings.
  • CANCELLATION NOTICE - If you can't make your treatment for whatever reason please provide at least 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice regrettably incurs a fee of $40.
